The music we sing is the province of the Music Selection Committee, made up of the Musical Director, accompanist and other members of the chorus.
The Music Selection Committee welcomes all suggestions regarding repertoire. They particularly appreciate: (i) suggestions of specific songs (i.e..: composer's name and song title); (ii) accompanied by a musical score; (iii) arranged for women's voices. We love to have suggestions for French language repertoire.
In general, In Harmony, A Women's Chorus repertoire is varied: classical, operatic, traditional, contemporary, show tunes, pop, ballads, French, Spanish, and other languages. Some songs may be sung from memory. Rehearsal tapes will be available before each concert session; you are encouraged to practice at home. (Lucky partners and/or roommates!)
